This Teal Desert Bowl developed larger fissures. The "cracking" texture is only slightly controllable. Each hand thrown piece has its own unique "landscape". The pattern generated from the "cracking texture" varies. The clay is a white stoneware mixture, fired to 2418°F (1325°C) in an oxidising atmosphere.
