How to Order:
We are not a big online retailer, so we do not have an online shopping cart. We have just a simple and direct way to work with our customers, which is by email. Occasionally, due to the limitations of email, a phone call may be necessary for greater clarity about an order.
If you find something you like, and want to order it, just send us an email. Let us know the name of the Gallery and the the piece number. For example, if you find something in the Cobalt Gallery, and it is Piece No. C010 then let us know that. If you would like us to make a piece using a different glaze or make it in a different size or shape, we can probably accomodate you. Most of our work is custom made for people.
If you order something that we have, we can usually send it out within a day or two. We generally prefer to send by UPS ground, unless you have another preference. We have been successfully shipping via UPS for over 30 years, with almost zero breakage. Payment can be made by bank check, money order, Visa® or MasterCard®. A personal check will need to clear before we can send out the work.
If you order something we are out of or a custom piece, it will normally take about 6 to 8 weeks. We have a fairly large kiln and it takes a while to make enough work to fill it. Occasionally, a particularly complicated piece or a very large set of items may take even longer.
On dinnerware sets and pieces that will cost over $100, we ask for a 30% deposit.
We live in Santa Cruz, California, and have 3 or 4 show/sales a year at our studio/gallery. The rest of the time we are making dinnerware, lamps, fountains, serving pieces, etc. for individuals just like you! You are welcome to visit.
